Local successful business man Barnabas Andy Tabi has announced a huge sponsorship to Port Vila Football Association (PVFA) last Saturday at Port Vila Stadium.
Barnabas Andy Tabi from central of Pentecost starts AFIC financial Institution in 2011 and today AFIC has 30 branches in whole of Vanuatu.
Mr. Barnabas Tabi promised to sponsored the newly PVFGA Top Four competition, introduced last year for the four top clubs in the Premier League to play to find a winner to represent PVFA and VFF in the OFC Champions League.
Last Saturday, Mr. Barnabas announced his sponsorship for the Top Four Competition with an amount of VT One Million Vatu and handover on behlaf of his company half payment of VT 500 000 to PVFA Treasurer, George Kalfau and PVFA Administrator, Florian Sam.
PVFA President, Mr. Stephen Felix will meet with AFIC Boss this week and finalise the Top Four Competition and announce the new name of the competition.
He will also release a testament to thank Mr. Barnabas Andy Tabi and his staffs and company for their generous sponsorship to the most popular sport in Port Vila and Vanuatu.
AFIC stands for APMA Financial Investment Centre and was established in year 2011 and founded by Ni- Vanuatu once a former member of parliament and once a former minister of Internal Affairs, Mr. Barnabas Andy Tabi.
AFIC is a financial institution legally registered under Cooperative Society and Vanuatu Financial Services Commission.
