Gifts of balls to Honda League

The balls which were given to the VFF by Oceania Football Confederation(OFC) under its development plan to develop football in the Oceania region.
In presenting the balls to the representatives of the league, Charles Vatu VFF Technical Director, said “The balls are generous donation from the OFC through to the VFF office with the intention of developing soccer in the region.
The balls don’t belong to any one personally. They are for every body in the local League to use them to play soccer in local areas.”
“What football cannot survive without, is the ball.”
Mr. Vatu said he encouraged soccer leaders across Pentecost island to allow children to enjoy the use of the footballs and to give them out to the kids to spread the popularity of the sport and added that with these footballs, children of Vanuatu could make their dreams come true.
