Below-Strength Vanuatu Ready To Face New Caledonia today

Vannuatu will prepare for their decisive friendly match against the defending Champion of the Pacific Games today at Port Vila Stadium.
This match will be important for several of N-Vanuatu players who will be hoping to impress so that they can earn themselves a place in the team for the Pacific Games in New Caledonia in August this year.
But Coach William Malas who replace Toroi Sokomanu today will be able to count with the services of players like Fenedy Masauvakalo who scored two goals for his club last weekend against New Caledonia, Jean Nako from Tafea, Saimata Chillia and Richard Iwai.
Vanuatu will also be without their stars, as the likes of Francois Sakama of Tafea FC and Richard Garae of Amicale because of injury.
