Fail to Plan, Plan To Fail

These are the powerful advices from Vanuatu Football Chief Executive Officer Mr. Fabien Hoeppe during VFF stafss planning and managing workshop last month.
While life may seem out of control at times and that you’re a passenger in life rather than the driver, remind yourself that YOU hold the greatest power of all – that is the ability to design your own life. You can wake up every morning and decide to exercise and lift your own spirit through positive affirmations. Ultimately, the decision is yours and yours alone.
But in football development we need to work together as a team and plan our programs and activities well if we want to achieve success.
Therefore I urge you all to plan your program and activities for the next season well and I am sure we will find success in football.”
“If you fail to plan, you can plan to fail. “We don’t have time to plan, we have to get started,” say Fabien Hoeppe.
“We want to make the country proud of us and try to put football development in the public eye.
Planning is an unnatural process; it is much more fun to do something. The nicest thing about not planning is that failure comes as a complete surprise, rather than being preceded by a period of worry and depression. – Sir John Harvey-Jones
