Yatel FC book final Premier League spot

Yatel who fell from the Premier League in 2010 proves they have regain their capability to compete again with other powerhouse teams in Port Vila.
The two participating teams in the tournament Tupuji Imere FC and Ifira Black Bird FC have already reclaimed the first two spots on offer.
In a hard fought deciding game last Saturday against AS Ambassador, the Blues and Whites saw their way through to the Premiership in a narrow 1-0 win.
The winning and only goal from Yatel striker Meto Tasso came in the 65th minute of the game as the younger but promising AS Ambassador were punished for failing to capitalised on their fair share of scoring chances.
Yatel head coach Jonah Mesau was a happy man after the final whistle.
“I would describe myself as a very happy person.”
“I have been with the club for the last five years and to be honest, it was very difficult for us to come back to Premier League.”
“Today we made it and credit goes to the hard working players and supporters.” They have been working really hard for the last three years and today their dreams come through.
“I personally thank our hard working executive and especially our main sponsor from New Zealand Glen Hoey.
“He has supported Yatel for the last four years. We dedicated our return to the Premier League to our fans and especially Glen Hoey and his family back in New Zealand,” Concluded the happy coach Jonah Mesau.
