Girls Football moves to fourth round

Women’s Football Development Officer, Rorona Kalsakau said more and more girls are playing soccer since Day One of the competition.
‘I wanted to make sure that all the girls got something good out of the game of football. In the last three weeks, I think the girls experienced some of the basic knowledge of football and enjoyed kicking the soccer ball for the first time instead of staying at home and thinking of some else.”
“On behalf of Women’s Football I encourage girls in town to come and watch the U-17 girl’s competition or to go to Lycee field to watch women’s league and enjoy the ladies football.” Said Rorona Kalsakau, VFF Women’s Football Development Officer.
