Two referees to officiate in Samoa 2013

The two Vanuatu match officials left Vanuatu last Saturday for Samoa.
“This is the not the first time for Referee Banga Robinson but it is the first time for assistant referee Hilmon Sese to appointed to officiate in a OFC competition/”
“We want zero tolerance on poor officiating and would encourage our match officials to work harder on OFC Competition and always aim high because this is a sign of great things to come in future,” said Lencie Fred, PVFA Referee Vice President.
The OFC U-17 Championship Preliminary kicks off on Tuesday 22 January at the J.S. Blatter Football Complex in Apia with hosts Samoa taking on neighbours American Samoa in a local derby at 3pm and Tonga meeting Cook Islands from 5pm.
