Government support Vanuatu U20 team preparation

The honorable Member of Parliament of Epi Mr. Simeon Seule- who is also the parliamentary secretariat in charge of 2017 Games, William Nasak Director General of youth and Sport, Private Secretary of Youth and Sport, Mr. Willie Posen hand over 35 Polo shirts and travelling bags to VFF national U20 team manager, Lorense Sisi and VFF CEO Albert Manaroto at the Ministry of Sport today Thursday 4 August 2016.
“Vanuatu government is happy to make this donation to our team who will fly to New Zealand and wish you all the best in the OFC U 20 competition in September 2016.” Said the Director General of Youth and Sport, Mr. William Nasak.
“This is not the first time, our Ministry support football a team.”
“We have given our support to the national senior team of Vanuatu and today we make the same support to our young footballers.”
“We wish them team a good preparation in New Zealand and we want the team to play well and win this tournament to qualify to play in the FIFA tournament.” He said.
Member of Parliament of Epi and also the Parliamentary Secretariat in charge of 2017 games also wish the players good preparation in Wellington.
Chief executive Officer of Vanuatu Football Federation, Mr. Albert Manaroto thank the government for their support and encourage other companies in Vanuatu to support the competition in Vanuatu in September 2016.
Team manager of Vanuatu U 20 national team, Lorence Sisi said the team is ready to play in the tournament and for the last few weeks, it has been very difficult to select the first 20 players because all the 30 players in the camp are good.
The names of the 20 players on the final list will be announced in two week time.
The Vanuatu U 20 team will travel to New Zealand last Saturday 6 August 2016 for two weeks training camp at Wellington Ole Soccer School.
