Napat ready for ‘good season’

Tafea moved two points clear at the top of the TVL Premier League after two goals from Joseph Namariau against Yatel FC at Port Vila Stadium last Saturday.
And Napat predicted better times were to come if his squad could continue with the same performance that was on show in the competition.
“We played well at first but tailed off, and the same is true of Joseph Namariau,” said Tafea new coach.
“He worked hard and scored two beautiful goals and I rate his performance. I know this is just the beginning but If he, and the other players, can continue playing this well, we’re going to have a good season.”
“Our objective is to qualify to the VFF National Super League so we have to be first, second or third on the ladder before the end of the season.” said Jerry Napat, Tafea new coach.
Tafea’s next match is against Ifira Black Bird at 1pm this Saturday 2 November 2013.
