Andreas gets his chance to break into the big time

The fans in Port Vila Football have seen the former Academy goalkeeper, Andreas have a bright future.
The Santo boy hopeful is an imposing figure in the goal mouth. He is just 16 years old and 197cm tall.
Plus, his reflexes are amazing and the saves he makes are phenomenal and his coach Etienner Mermer speaks highly of him and said he should go for a trial overseas.
“I think you’ll find there will be a lot of talent scouts looking at him in the future and I have no doubt he will be spotted,” said Etienner Mermer.
“Andreas came in the second leg of the TVL Premier League as Spirit 08 FC number one goalkeeper and we draw two matches against Amicale and Ifira Black Bird and won five which is very good for the club and very good for him.”
“Last Saturday he was so good when we beat Erakor Golden Star 3-1 and I believe he has a great future to go for a trial overseas.” He added.
“His talent is a cut above most of the players here and at his age and height he’s got a big future.”
“People will see he is willing to do the hard yards.”
“It’s great for Vanuatu to have someone who is going forward and someone for the kids to look up to.” Concluded Etienner Mermer.
This year in January, Andreas Dutch was part of Vanuatu National U-17 team who played in the OFC U-17 Competition in American Samoa but he was sick so he didn’t play in the tournament.
