Luganville will be ready; Sakita

Luganville Municipality Clerk Mr. Peter Sakita told the vanuafoot that he was generally very impressed when he heard that the tournament will be in Santo and advice VFF that Luganville will be ready in time before the kick off.
“First of all, VFF has done an absolutely fantastic job to set up the Local Organising Committee,” he says.
“I am very happy to be a vice chairman of the LOC and we will make sure that Luganville will be ready to welcome all the future Oceania football stars.”
“Our main job now is to plant new grass at Chapuis One, make a good planning to clear up Luganville town and make sure that transportation, hotels and motels are ready to receive the teams and fans.”
“We are a developing town and the OFC U-17 competition will give us a golden opportunity to invest and accelerate such projects.”
“We know that the OFC U-17 competition will bring football happiness and joy to our fans and will change the face of our small town and give us the vital focus and I want to let VFF and OFC knows that we will be ready in time to receive all the future football stars of Oceania Football in April.” Concluded LMC town clerk, Mr. Peter Sakita.
In a vanuafoot radio talk back show last night with Radio Vanuatu at 7pm, football fans in Vanuatu thank OFC for organising the competition in Santo and most of the fans already making plans to travel to Luganville town before the tournament kicks off on the 17 April 2013.
