Perfect Practice Makes Perfect, Calvo

He said now a days too many coaches attend great coaching course organised by OFC and FIFA but never improve in their coaching career because they don’t take coaching serious when they go back to their clubs.
“To become a great coach in Vanuatu, you must dedicate yourself fully to football and make sure you teach the kids what you have learn from FIFA Instructors like Didier Chambaron this week.”
“You must be generally interested in helping kids achieve success in football. If you are just in it for something else, you will soon find yourself out of football business. Young kids need to have confidence in you that you truly have their best interest at heart.”
