Orange is new referee’s colour

Mr. Nasse Carlo who is the Referee Development Officer said,” We referees in Vanuatu are very happy that TVL can come to us with hundreds of new referees uniforms that all referees in Vanuatu can use to officiate their local matches.”
Last week Mr Carlo donated 50 orange referee shirts to Penama Footbal Association and Mr. Willie Leo President of PFA received the uniforms from Nasse Carlo at VFF haus.
“I would like to thank VFF and TVL for these generous donations of referee shirts.” This is the biggest need for all referees in the islands especially Penama Province.”
“Many times we organised soccer matches but I felt sorry for the referees because there is uniforms for them to wear and officiate but today I must say that Penama Referees association will be very happy because of the TVL Referee shirts.” said Mr. Leo.
Mr. Carlo promise to distribute to all member associations TVL Orange referee shirts and hope that they can make good use of it to officiate matches in their respective MAs because the orange colour looks good on referee.
This is the first time TVL provided the referees uniforms as part of their huge contribution to football Vanuatu in the past years until today and the idea is all referee will use the same orange colour uniform in all matches across the country this season.
