Jacky a more ‘complete player’

The Vanuatu U-17 attacking midfielder has shown why the Gold and Black trusted him to control the midfield with Jackson Tasso, a former Academy player.
Erakor’s new coach Sai Rogara watch Jacky play on Saturday and confirm that Premier League tough competition would make him a complete player.
Jacky flew to New Zealand to play for Nelson Suburbs with his team mate Jason Thomas just after the OFC U-17 competition in April. Both players had the chance to travel with the Kiwi team to Australia and Singapore.
“The tough competition here in Port Vila will give him stronger physical strength and he would develop to escape the strong marking. If he did he would be a more complete player.” Said Mr. Rogara.
Jacky was delighted with both his and his team’s performance in their 2-0 victory over Shepherds United.
“We know this is just the start of the season and it was a fantastic afternoon for us.” Jacky told vanuafoot media.
“We played well and we scored two goals. It was very important win for us.”
“We expected a very hard game but we were better than them at the end of the match. It’s always good to win our first match of the season.”
“On an individual level I am very happy with my performance because I scored a goal and provided an assist the other one,” he said.
“But the most important thing is the team, which played very well.” Said Jacki Rueben.
Erakor Golden Star will meet Ifira Black Bird FC this weekend at 1pm.
