Luganville referees appointed to OFC Competitions

This year 2017 marks a great start for Luganville Football referees as OFC referee department selected four referees from the Northern side to officiate in the OFC Competitions.

OFC Referee department has nominated referee Nawen Hopkins of Luganville and Hilmon Sese of Penama Football Association to officiate the recent OFC Champions League Parliamentary competition in Tonga completed last week.

This week two more Luganville amateur referees, Arnold Tari and Denson Sale were selected to officiate in the OFC U-17 World Cup Qualifier in Tahiti.

“I am very happy to be appointed to my first ever OFC Competition even though I still a amateur referee.” said Arnold Tari.

“My dream is to be a FIFA referee in the future but today I am so happy because I will be fascinating my first ever OFC competition in Tahiti.”

” I thank VFF referee committee and OFC referee committee for helping me reach that level in my refereeing career.”

” Denson and I will try our best to represent Vanuatu Football well in Tahiti.” concluded Arnold Tari.
